The purpose of fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes is to make more fleas, ticks. and mosquitoes. The world does not exist for your own pleasure.

Yeah! That is an opportunity for introspection. We find fleas irritating. Think of goats, chicken, fish, etc which are butchered by human beings for eating. For them they may be wondering what is the purpose of human beings who eat them!? A mosquito created by god bites man to fill its stomach but man kills it!? So if we are able to define our purpose of life (by killing other lives), those creatures also have the answer!

Their purpose is to live, consume, reproduce, and have a great time. Not really that different from humans. Seriously, it is probably a blast flying around biting people.

They are just a form of life. They have no ultimate ''purpose''. The closest thing they have to a ''purpose'' is to just produce more ticks or mosquitoes.

What is man is purpose? What is the universes purpose?

Well, i think at some point everyone asks that question. and it is a very good one. Parasites like these may seem unappealing to us, but their ways are how they survive. and to them the purpose of life is to reproduce and continue the prosperity of their species, like all other life.

The only purpose anything has is to live. It is the same with parasites.

To make our lives a living misery and to help keep insect spray/repellent companies in business!!
